Reservation & Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change, and we strive to be fair and flexible. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.
Deposit Policy
To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required. For stays of 1 to 3 nights, we require a 1-night deposit. For stays of 4 nights or more, a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required.
All rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children. Any additional adult will be charged $30 per night.
